For over 15 years Garth Spendiff has dedicated his life to Jiu-Jitsu and various combative methods. Coastal Combatives is the organization he created to offer Jiu-Jitsu to the general public, military and law enforcement communities. The scope of the programs not only covers the techniques, but also includes the cross training, mental preparation, and traditional mentorship that is a critical part of becoming a proficient practitioner.

Suprise Relson Gracie Visit - 11/20/08

Relson will be in town Thu. He and I were initially going to just have dinner and discuss some business items and then he was going to Jacksonville that night. Things got reschedule in JAX so Relson will be staying Thu night. I am going to reserve our YMCA aerobics area space for Thu night from 7:30-9:30 pm. The cost of the seminar is $40.00. Please email me to let me know if you will be attending. I need at least 10 participants to make it happen. Take advange of this nice suprise if you can. Thanks.
